What is the Third Dimension of Cities?
The Third Dimension of Cities is an event that aims to promote drone technologies that can be used in cities and presentations of the positions of institutions specializing in the drone industry. During the event, there were debates, meetings with city representatives and dynamic demonstrations using drones.
We presented the MapAir system – a system developed by LTA Design as part of a research and development project co-financed by EU funds. The system used a network of sensors to create a three-dimensional air map. The show presented the so-called a swarm of six drones that have located hotspots, i.e. places where air poisoning occurs.
LTA Design will appear at the Amsterdam Drone Week fair, which will be held in the capital of the Netherlands on March 29-31, 2022. The MapAir multi-dimensional air pollution diagnosis system will be presented during the fair. This year, the fair takes place in a hybrid version and companies from over 70 countries will present current aviation solutions and important regulations in the drone environment.

LTA Design has been qualified to the group of 40 entities with the highest export readiness under the InterSilesia project. The aim of the project is to strengthen and develop the processes of internationalization of enterprises, increase knowledge in the field of internationalization, as well as economic promotion of the region in the international arena. Moreover, all entrepreneurs participating in the project can take part in workshops and use specialist consulting services in the field of exports.

On November 22-23 this year. the first edition of the “Silesian Ecological Convention” was held in the conference space of the Silesian Stadium, which was the arena for discussions and debates on air, environmental and climate protection. We took part in the debate “Technologies for smog-free regions and cities” presenting our original project “MapAir”, which perfectly fits the topic of air pollution research.
